What makes your gifts different?
Our designs are original, Aussie as, and packed with personality. We don’t do bland or boring — just quirky, thoughtful gifts that stand out and spark joy.
Where are your products made?
Our designs are proudly dreamt up right here in Australia, and many of our products are printed locally too — we love backing Aussie talent and keeping things homegrown wherever possible.
Some of our products are made overseas depending on where you're ordering from. We use print-on-demand partners who produce and ship from the closest location to you — this helps reduce shipping time, cost, and our environmental footprint.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch your order within 2–4 business days.
Standard Aussie delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the move!
Do you offer custom or personalised items?
Not yet — but stay tuned! We’re working on bringing personalisation to some of our most-loved products. In the meantime, our existing range already hits the sweet spot for thoughtful gifting.
What’s your return policy?
If something’s not quite right, no worries!
You can return unused, non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order. Just get in touch and we’ll get it sorted.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Too right! Just pop their address in at checkout and tick “gift message” to include a note. Don’t worry — we’ll leave out the pricing information.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our Gift Box range comes beautifully wrapped and ready to impress. For all other items, gift wrapping isn’t available just yet — but don’t worry, everything still arrives looking the goods!
Can I track my order?
Yep! Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your parcel.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
We currently ship Australia-wide on all products — but if you’re overseas and eyeing something off, don’t be shy! Send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
In fact, many of our print-on-demand products can be shipped internationally, with orders fulfilled from the nearest location to help reduce shipping time and cost.
